1 pkg regular-rise yeast ¼ cup water, (115 degrees)
1 tsp brown sugar ½ tsp salt
2 cups flour ½ cup warm water, (115 degrees)
1 TBSP + 1 tsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
To prepare yeast, heat ¼ cup water to 115 degrees. Add package of yeast and sprinkle in brown sugar. Let yeast sit for 5 minutes until frothy. Sift flour into a bowl. Add salt, olive oil, warm water and yeast mixture. Stir dough. Knead dough for 8-10 minutes and place in greased bowl. Place a damp dish towel over the dough and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size. This will take about 1 ½ hours. Lightly PAM the pizza pan. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Sprinkle bottom of the pan with cornmeal. Poke dough with a fork to prevent air pockets. Pre-bake crust for 5 minutes. Put on desired toppings and bake for 10-15 minutes.
