6 oz of fresh crab meat
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 English Muffins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the crab meat, cheese and mayonnaise until well combined.
Arrange the English Muffins on a baking sheet and broil until lightly browned.
Remove from oven and divide the crab mixture evenly among the four halves.
Broil, 4 inches from the heat. Cheese should be melted and a nice light brown color. 3 to 5 minutes - watch them, as they can get done too quickly.
