1 lb. Scallops
1 qt. Milk
½ tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
½ cup Butter
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in soup kettle. Cut raw scallops in bite-sized pieces. Add scallops to pot and cook slowly in melted butter. They are cooked as soon as they turn white. Add milk slowly stirring as you do so. Add Worcestershire Sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Heat and serve. Serves 4
