Preheat oven to 375
Grease 12-cup muffin tin

1 1/2 lb Lean Ground Beef
3/4 cup Oatmeal or dry Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup Wheat Bran
1 can (5.4oz) 2% Evaporated Milk
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

BBQ Sauce:

1 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup finely chopped Onion
2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce (optional)

1. In large bowl, combine ground beef, oatmeal, wheat bran, milk, egg, child powder, garlic powder, s & p. Divide mixture evenly among muffin cups, pressing down lightly,
2. In another bowl, combine ketchup, onion, sugar and, if using, hot pepper sauce. Spoon about 1 Tbsp sauce over each muffin.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until meat is no longer pink in centre.
