Costco brand Artichoke Hearts
Beets
knife cut Romain lettuce
1/4 C parsley thinly sliced/chopped
thinly sliced kale
kalmata olives
sliced Crimini mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
boil beets till tender. Peel under cool water. or you can roast cubed raw beets. When ready to make salad sauce cooked beets in butter then drizzle with Fig Balsamic Vinegar. Cook 4 mins stirring often.
