Beets
Romain lettuce
1/4 C parsley thinly sliced/chopped
thinly sliced kale
kalmata olives
sliced Crimini mushrooms
Fig Balsamic Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
boil beets till tender. Peel under cool water. or you can roast cubed raw beets. When ready to make salad sauté cooked beets in butter then drizzle with Fig Balsamic Vinegar. Cook 4 mins stirring often.
