1 pound ground pork
1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 eggs
2 teaspoons cornstarch
soy sauce to taste
salt to taste
1 pack wonton skins
chicken broth
green onions, chopped
sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ground pork, spinach, eggs, cornstarch, soy sauce and salt to taste.
Make wontons using a teaspoon of filling in each skin.
Boil pot of salted water.
Prepare serving bowls with some chopped green onions and teaspoon of sesame oil.
Drop wontons in boiling water. When they start to float, time for 3 minutes.
Scoop out wontons into bowls.
Cover with hot chicken broth and serve.
