2 cans chicken broth
1 can chopped chicken (or use shredded roasted chicken breast)
1 can cream style corn
1-2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 eggs, beaten
2-3 Chinese dried mushrooms, soaked and sliced
sesame oil to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Beat up eggs and set aside.
Soak dried mushrooms in hot water and chop.
Combine cream of corn, mushrooms,chicken and broth in pot and bring to a boil.
Stir eggs in gently with fork to form swirls
Mix cornstarch with a few spoonfuls of water and stir in gently to thicken.
Flavor with sesame oil before serving.
