Cake
1 cup water
2 sticks butter
3 1/2 Tbls cocoa
2 c sugar
2 c flour
1 tsp soda
2 eggs beaten
1/2 c buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla

Frosting
1/3 c milk
3 1/2 Tbls cocoa
1 stick butter
1 lb powdered sugar
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, water and cocoa in saucepan. remove from flame and add rest of ingredients. Pour into greased 9X13 cake pan. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes

Frosting
Bring milk, butter and cocoa to a boil. Sitr in powdered sugar and nuts. Ice cake immediately why cake and icing is hot.
