2 cups plain yogurt fat free or light
1 10 oz. pkg. spinach thawed and drained well
⅓ cup minced onion
1 can water chestnuts chopped
cup light mayonnaise
1 package knorr veggie soup mix.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Chill 3 hours. Serve in dark rye bread bowl or in a bowl surrounded by veggies or crackers.
