Ingredients:  
1 stick of butter
2 green onions, chopped
1 8 ounce cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
2 1/2 cups half and half
2- 1 lb bags shrimp
Salt and pepper
Dash of red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté butter and onion. Add cream cheese, cook until cream cheese melts. Add soups, half and half, and corn. Mix well. Add shrimp and seasoning. Bring to a boil, then simmer. Serve. Can substitute 3 cups of chopped cooked chicken breast for shrimp if preferred.
