2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. chicken livers
2 eggs hard cooked
8 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp cognac

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter in medium skillet. add chicken livers and cook stirring occasionally over medium heat for 10 mins or until tender. Drain. Mix livers and eggs through food grinder or mix in blender ( food processer) a little at a time. with a wooden spoon, work cream cheese until light and fluffy. Mix cheese into liver mixture along with remaining ingredients. Serve chilled with toast points or crackers.
