6 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 cloves minced garlic
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
10 ounces chopped marinated artichoke hearts, drained
10 ounces frozen spinach, drained

Preheat oven to 350º
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring to combine.
In a greased 7 x 11 pan (or similar), pour in combined ingredients
Cook for approximately 45 minutes until center is set
Cool completely, then cut into squares.
