lemon juice
Italian parsley - pull leaves off stems
Directions:
Directions:
Chop 1 onion finely and healthy amount of parsley
pour in lemon juice to cover and add a lot of salt
While whisking slowly pour in olive oil
Taste and adjust flavor to your liking
