Meat Mixture: 1 1 lb hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can tomato sauce
1 can taco sauce
cumin, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce to taste
Cheese Sauce: 2 TBSP butter, melted
2 TBSP flour
1 lb Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 cup cold milk

Brown hamburger and onions, then add tomato sauce, taco sauce and other spices. Simmer about a half hour.
Refried Beans: In medium saucepan, mix 1 can refried beans, chopped onions, water, butter and cumin to taste. Simmer all ingredients about a half hour.

Melt butter in heavy pan; add flour and mix until well blended. Add milk, stirring constantly. When it starts to thicken, add cheese until fully melted.

To assemble burritos: In center of flour tortilla put a layer of hamburger mixture, add a layer of refried bean mixture. Wrap around mixture, seam-side down. Top with cheese sauce. Add shredded lettuce and tomatoes (or onion, chopped black olives, sour cream etc).
