1 pint sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cans Mexicorn, drained
1 small bunch green onions (chopped)
1 small can jalapeņo peppers (chopped)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Chill for several hours or overnight. Serve with Frito-Lay Scoops or favorite cracker. Great for tailgating or camping. Travels great in a cooler.
