2 lbs hamburger ½ cup olives, chopped
2 cup chopped ham 1 can tomato paste
2 TBSP onion, chopped 2 TBSP vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed 2 tsp salt
1 green pepper, chopped 1 tsp pepper
2 tsp oregano Optional: Ύ cup raisins (I have not done this)

Directions:

Cook all ingredients together on stove. Mix in 3 eggs. Put into cleaned out pumpkin. Bake pumpkin on a jelly roll pan in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serves 6-8. To serve, scoop out filling and then slice the pumpkin and serve.

This one might seem weird but it's fun and good too. Great with some nice hot dinner rolls and a green salad….total comfort food!
