4 eggs
1 cups oil
2 10 ounce packages frozen strawberries
1 teaspoon red food coloring
3 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw strawberries and reserve cup of their juice. Beat eggs well; add oil, strawberries and food coloring. Beat thoroughly. Sift dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture, beating to combine. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour. Loaves are done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Pour reserved juice over bread while warm. For easier slicing, omit pouring juice over bread.
