fish sauce
black pepper
onion powder
pork slices

Directions:
Directions:
Fill a rice bowl with sugar.
Cover entirely with fish sauce.
Add a lot of black pepper and onion powder.
Marinate pork slices.
Skewer and grill.

Serve on top of vermicelli noodles with shredded lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, mint and Vietnamese dipping sauce.
