zest of one orange
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
2 large eggs
7 tablespoons butter
1/8 teaspoon orange extract

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, rub orange zest and sugar together.
Add orange juice, eggs and butter.
Whisk over medium low heat until thick.
Curd should coat back of spoon when done.
Cool.
