1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2-3 tablespoons horseradish
black pepper to taste
Ritz crackers or pita chips

In bowl, whisk together apricot preserves, mustard, horseradish and black pepper.
Pour over cream cheese.
Serve with pita chips or Ritz crackers.
