1 1/2 Cups Butter
2 1/2 Sugar, or 1 1/4 Cup Trivia Baking Blend
5 Eggs
3 Cups Flour
2 Teaspoons Lemon Extract or 3 Teaspoons Lemon Extract
3/4 Cup 7-Up

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar or Trivia and butter together and beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Add flour, beat in lemon extract and 7-Up. Pour batter into well greased and floured Jumbo Fluted Mold. Bake at 200 degrees until cake rises. Increase heat to 325 degrees until done , when it starts to brown. If Trivia was used, lost temperature by 25 degrees. Take cake from pan after cake sits 15 minutes..
