2 - 8" Pillsbury Ready Made Pie Crusts
(choose either vanilla or chocolate)
2 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 lb. container sour cream
1 T. vanilla
4 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl with an
electric mixer. Mix for 5-6 min. until smooth.
Divide batter into the 2 pie dishes.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Insert a knife in the center - if it comes out
clean cheesecake is done.
Remove cheesecakes from oven and cover with the
plastic cover from Pillsbury pie crust packaging.
Refrigerate until next day - serve and enjoy!
