8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
10 oz. Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar cheese
small jar pimentos
mayonnaise
garlic salt
onion

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cheese and mix with cream cheese (do not use the pre-grated cheese). Drain pimentos and add to mixture. Add enough mayo to make it spreadable and add garlic salt and finely grated onion to taste( it doesn't take much!)

This is a comfort food for me because it reminds me of picnics as a child, served along with fried chicken and brownies. It is always a hit everywhere I take it! It makes the most wonderful sandwiches on soft white bread or it can be served as an appetizer with crackers.
