1 and 1/2 cups uncooked short-grain white rice
2 cups water

To mix with cooked rice:
1 and 1/2 cups coconut milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon tapioca starch

3 mangoes, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Combine rice and water in pot and bring to a boil.
Reduce to low and simmer until water is absorbed, 15-30 minutes.

Mix coconut milk, sugar and salt in pan over medium heat.
Bring to a boil and set aside.
Stir cooked rice into the coconut-milk mixture.

Combine sauce ingredients in pan and bring to a boil.

Place sticky rice on serving dish.
Arrange mangoes on top of rice.
Pour sauce over.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
