1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 tsp butter, melted
pepper, to taste


Sausage Gravy:

4 ounces turkey breakfast sausage
1 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
2 1/4 cups 2% milk, warmed
1/2 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º.
Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl; stir well, and make a well in center of mixture. Combine and make a well in center of mixture. Combine milk and butter; add to flour mixture, stirring just until moist.
Drop batter by heaping tablespoons onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Coat biscuits with cooking spray. Bake for 11 minutes or until golden brown.

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add sausage, and cook until browned, stirring to crumble. Sprinkle flour over sausage, and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add warm milk, stirring until well blended. Cook 8 minutes or until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in pepper and salt.

Split biscuits, and top with sausage gravy.
