1-3/4 cups sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
4 eggs
4 squares semisweet chocolate
1 cup margarine
1-1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour, and eggs; blend by hand, but do not beat. Melt chocolate and margarine in a saucepan; stir in nuts. Combine sugar mixture, chocolate mixture, and vanilla; blend, but do not beat. Pour into paper-lined muffin tins and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Yield: 2 dozen.
