For lining ramekins:
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon sugar

5 teaspoons butter, melted
5 teaspoons flour
1/4 cup milk
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
1 tablespoon Grand Marnier
1/8 teaspoon vanilla
2 egg whites
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Brush insides of 2 (8 ounce) ramekins with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
Place ramekins on baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat.
Stir flour in until golden brown.
Pour in milk and cook until thick, 3-4 minutes.
Transfer to a mixing bowl.
Stir in orange zest and Grand Marnier.
Add egg yolks and vanilla and mix.
Whisk egg whites until frothy.
Slowly add sugar and whisk until meringue is thick.
Fold meringue gently into egg yolk mixture until well combined.
Transfer to ramekins and bake until risen and browned, 16 minutes.
