2 ripe avocados
1/4 red onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeno
Cilantro, chopped
Lime juice to taste
Kosher salt
1/2 tomato, finely chopped

Peel avocado and remove core
Mash avocado
Add onion, jalapeno, cilantro, tomato and mix well
