2-3 T. butter
2 slices rye bread
1/3 lb thin sliced cooked corn beef (or to save expenses i will use regular beef or chicken)
2 sliced Swiss cheese
1/2 c pressed/drained sauerkraut
1/2 T Thousand Island dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat skillet on medium hear, adding 1 tablespoon butter. Using the additional tablespoon of butter, spread on one side of each slice of rye bread. On the other sides, spread Thousand Island dressing and add corned beef, cheese, and sauerkraut. Top with remaining butter side out slice of bread and grill sandwiches in skillet until browned (much like a grilled cheese sandwich). Approximately 8-10 minutes per side. Serve warm.
