1 lb. can Diced beets
2 T. Sugar
1 T. Cornstarch
1/4 t. Salt
1/4 c. Vinegar
1 T. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Drain beets, reserving 1/3 cup liquid. In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Stir in reserved beet liquid, vinegar, and butter. Cook and stir mixture until thick and bubbling. Add beats; heat through.
