1 Stick Oleo, softened
1 cup flour
1/2 cup Pecans
1/2 cup Butter
1 8 oz pkg Cream cheese
1 Large Cool Whip
1 cup Confectioners sugar
2 small packages instant Chocolate pudding
3 cups cold Milk
2 Hershey's milk chocolate bars

Directions:
Mix Oleo, flour, and nuts together. Press into a 13x9 inch pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350ºF; cool.

Mix togehter cheese, 1/2 of the Cool Whip, and sugar. Blend until smooth. Spread over the crust. Mix pudding and milk, spread over cheese mixture. Chill till set. Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding and sprinkle with grated chocolate bar.
