6 T. Mayo
1 T. Lemon juice
1/2 t. Salt
2 Sweet Apples, chopped
1 c. Red Seedless grapes, sliced in half
1 c. Celery
1 c. Walnuts, slightly toasted and chopped
Lettuce
Pinch of Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, whisk together mayo, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir in the apple, celery, grapes and walnuts. Chill. Serve on a bed of lettuce

Helpful notes: You can substitute greek yogurt for the mayo for a lighter and healthier salad.
