8 cups Iceburg lettuce
1 sm Onion, chopped
10 oz pkg Frozen peas, thawed
6 oz Pkg Diced ham
1 1/2 cup Mayo
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup Shredded cheese
Cherry tomatoes, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Layer lettuce, onions, peas, and ham in a large bowl. Mix mayo, Parmesan cheese and sugar together. Spread over salad. Refrigerate a few hours or overnight. Top with shredded cheese and chopped tomatoes before serving. Toss gently.
