1 (46 oz.) V8 Original (or other "plain vegetable juice")
1/3 c. Roasted Red Peppers, drained
1/2 c. Scallion Tops, roughly chopped
1/4 c. Cocktail Onions, drained
1 tsp. Lemon Zest
1/4 c. Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed (1-2 lemons)
1/4 c. Lime Juice, fresh squeezed (2-3 limes)
2 TB. Old Bay Seasoning
2 tsp. Tabasco
2 tsp. Prepared Horseradish
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. Celery Salt
1/4 tsp. Sugar

Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Refrigerate in an airtight container up to four days.

Make a Bloody Mary Cocktail as follows:
Rim glass with celery salt by first wetting with slice of lemon. Fill glass with ice. Add 2 oz Vodka and top the rest with about 7 oz of Spicy Bloody Mary Mixer. Garnish with celery, pickle spear, olives, cocktail onions, pickled okra, crispy bacon strip, or what ever else you like.
