1 lb Ground Beef
1 Onion chopped
14 oz Can Diced Tomatoes drained
2 cps Cooked Cubed Baby Red Potatoes
4 Slices Bacon cooked & crumbled
6 oz Velvetta Cheese cut in half inch cubes
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Brown meat and onions in pan over medium heat
3. Drain grease from meat
4. Stir in tomatoes
5. Spray baking dish with cooking oil
6. Spoon meat mixature into baking dish
7. Top with potatoes, bacon and cheese
8. Bake for 30 minutes
