1 large onion cup Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced cup vinegar
1-14 ounce bottle of catsup 1 tsp Liquid Smoke
tsp each: salt, chili powder, dry mustard, brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place 4-5 lb roast in kettle and coat with sauce. Place over medium heat until sauce bubbles. Reduce heat and simmer for about 3 hours. Turn meat several times. When done, remove meat. Cool on cutting board. Slice across grain of meat and return meat to sauce. Spoon meat and sauce between halves of toasted buttered bun or hard rolls. This is one of my favorites for the lake.
