Meatball Mix:
1 lb ground beef ½ tsp salt
1 egg, slightly beaten ½ TBSP cornstarch
¼ cup breadcrumbs 1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 cup onion, finely chopped ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce

Sauce:
2 TBSP margarine 2 TBSP brown sugar
1/3 cup green pepper, chopped 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup onion, chopped 1 TBSP prepared mustard
1-10 ¾ ounce condensed Tomato soup 1 TBSP vinegar

Meatball Mix:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Blend well. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place meatballs on ungreased baking sheet and bake 10-15 minutes until browned. Remove immediately and drain on paper towels. Makes about 36 meatballs. May make ahead and freeze meatballs.
Sauce:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt margarine in small saucepan. Saute’ green pepper and onion in margarine until tender. In 2-quart casserole, combine Tomato soup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard & vinegar. Add green pepper & onion. Add the meatballs. Bake 20 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
