2 cans cherry pie filling
1 pkg flour tortillas
2 sticks oleo
2 cups sugar
1 ½ water

Topping:
½ cup sugar
½ cup pecans, chopped
1 Tbsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Put 2 Tbsp of pie filling onto tortillas and roll up. Place in 9 x 13 pan, lightly sprayed with Pam.
Combine oleo, 2 cups sugar, 1 ½ water. Heat until oleo is melted and sugar is dissolved. Pour over enchiladas. Let set for 2 hours (not in refrigerator). Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

Take from oven and sprinkle with mixture of sugar, pecans, and cinnamon. Return to oven and bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
