½ cup onion, minced ¼ tsp pepper
1 clove garlic, minced 1-8 ounce can mushrooms
1 lb hamburger 1-10 ½ ounce can Cream of Mushroom soup or
¼ cup margarine Cream of Chicken soup
2 TBSP flour 1-8 ounce carton sour cream
2 tsp salt 2 TBSP Parsley, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Saute’ onion and garlic in margarine over medium heat. Add meat and brown. Add flour, salt, pepper, mushrooms along with juice. Cook 5 minutes; add soup. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes; stir in sour cream and heat thoroughly. Sprinkle parsley, if desired. Serve over noodles or rice.
