8 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
8-4x4 slices Swiss cheese (I like Monterey cheese instead)
1-10 3/4 ounce cream of mushroom soup or chicken soup, undiluted
cup white wine
1 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
2-3 TBSP butter or margarine, melted
Parsley (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange chicken in lightly greased 12x8x2 baking dish. Top with cheese slices. Combine soup and wine; stir well. Spoon sauce over chicken; sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle butter over crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
