onion, sliced
green pepper, sliced
garlic, as desired

½-1 cup liquid such as broth
canned tomatoes or soup

Directions:
Directions:
Season steak and brown on all sides in a lightly-oiled pan. Add liquid; cover and simmer on stove top or in oven at 325 degrees until tender (at least 1 ¼ hour). Serve with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes
