2 packs frozen grated cassava
2 bottles macapuno strings
2 cups coconut milk
1 can condensed milk
3 eggs
1/2 cup butter
8 ounces grated cheddar cheese
sugar to taste

Topping:
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup condensed milk
2 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
1-2 cups coconut milk (adjust)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all cake ingredients and pour into buttered baking dish.
Bake 1 hour until firm and set aside.
Combine topping ingredients in pot and cook medium heat for 10 minutes.
Pour over cassava cake and spread evenly.
Brush with egg white.
Broil until light brown and garnish with extra cheddar cheese if desired.
