1-8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1-16 ounce can salmon, drained and flaked (I only found 14 ½ ounce can)
1 TBSP onion, finely chopped
1 TBSP lemon juice
¼ tsp liquid smoke
¼ tsp salt
1/3 cup nuts, chopped (I use pecans)
¼ cup parsley, snipped (I used 3 TBSP, dried)

Directions:

Mix all together, except nuts and parsley. Roll into a ball. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours (but no longer than 4 days). Mix nuts & parsley and coat ball with mixture. Makes 1 ball. Serve with crackers
