1 and 1/2 cups sweet potatoes, diced
1 cup taro root (gabi), diced
1 and 1/2 cups purple yam
1 and 1/4 cups plantains (saging na saba) diced
1 cup ripe jackfruit (langka), diced
2 cups small tapioca pearls, cooked
12-20 pieces glutinous rice balls (bilo-bilo)
1 cup sugar
3 and 1/2 cups coconut milk
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and add half of the coconut milk.
Add sweet potatoes, yam and taro and simmer for 8 minutes.
Pour in remaining coconut milk, sugar and glutinous rice balls and cook 7 minutes.
Add plantains, jackfruit and cooked tapioca pears and simmer 1 minute.
Serve warm.
