2 packages chopped spinach, frozen
1 package stuffing mix, prepared
8 ounces Parmesan cheese


Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach according to package directions and drain every possible drop of water. Choose prepared stuffing according to your herb seasoning taste. Combine stuffing, spinach and the cheese to make small balls. Freeze on cookie sheets, then transfer to Tupperware or plastic bags. Thaw, then bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
