1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion
1 green pepper
1 32oz crushed tomatoes
1 8oz pkg cheddar cheese grated
5 C cooked rice
1 tsp sage
2 Tbs basil
2 Tbs parley
1 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, onion and pepper. Add crushed tomatoes and spices you can add more or less of the herbs and spices. Cook for about 15 min. Add cooked rice stir and put cheese on top. Baker for 30-45 min. 350 degrees
