1/4 cup butter
2/3 cup dark brown sugar
3 and 1/2 tablespoons rum
1 and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 bananas, peeled and sliced lengthwise and crosswise
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
vanilla ice cream
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet.
Stir in sugar, rum, vanilla and cinnamon.
When mixture starts to bubble, put in bananas and walnuts.
Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Serve at once with vanilla ice cream.
