2 ripe avocados
½ cup cocoa powder
¼ to ½ cup of almond or coconut milk
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
⅛ tsp salt
pinch of stevia or 2-6 Tbsp of sweetener of choice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until completely smooth. Use less milk for a thicker mousse and more for a thinner/creamier result. If using cocoa powder, use the higher amount of sweetener
2. Top it with fresh raspberries, sliced strawberries, shredded coconut, whipped coconut cream, or toasted sliced almonds
3. Place in individual bowls and store in the refrigerator until ready to eat
