15 ounce can pumpkin puree
3 egg yolks
1 large egg
14 ounce sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon Chinese 5-spice powder
9 inch unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Whisk together pumpkin, egg yolks and egg.
Add sweetened condensed milk and all spices and whisk until well combined.
Pour filling over pie crust.
Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees.
Bake until just set in the middle, 30-40 minutes.
