steak cutlets or steak fingers (already tenderized)
flour
milk
seasoned salt
pepper


⅓ cup oil and meat drippings from skillet
½ cup flour
1 ½ to 2 cups milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle seasoned salt and pepper on both sides of steak
Dip - first in flour - then dip in milk - then dip back in flour.
Be sure both sides are well coated.
Heat oil in about 1 inch deep in skillet.
Cook on medium, nut have oil hot when you put steak in pan. When it gets brown on one side, turn steak over and cook on other side.
Drain on paper towel

Gravy:
Put oil in skillet. Add flour. Heat and stir often until it is a light brown. Pour in milk and stir constantly. Salt and pepper after you add milk. If it is too thick, add more milk. (The gravy will thicken a little more once you pour it in the bowl.)
